did have problems installing on windows 7 pro though, abandoned hope there. I've installed on desktop running windows 8.1, laptop running windows 10 home, had no issues there. download program through integration menu in webmail page, configure profile clicking on link in same page, asking log in, opens command prompt, prepares email settings outlook (port, domain, user details etc) automatically, launches outlook, synchronises inbox accordingly. On windows systems uses add-in called kerio outlook connector (offline edition).
